Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Cozy Canvas Camping LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

publishing any Website material in any other media

selling, sub-licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material

publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;

using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website

using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website

using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity

engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website

using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and Cozy Canvas Camping may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you allow Cozy Canvas Camping llc a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Cozy Canvas Camping reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice

The Cozy Camping LLC is responsible for

​Delivering the Equipment and setup procedure/ delivering the equipment on or before the set-up date shown as stated by Cozy Canvas Camping LLC.

To dismantle and or remove the Equipment from the site on or after the dismantling date as stated by Cozy Canvas LLC.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

To pay the 50% deposit and to pay the final balance in accordance with the Invoice.

Cozy Canvas Camping reserves the right not to provide equipment should payment not be received on time.

To provide Cozy Canvas camping with either a plan showing the position in which the equipment is to be erected / delivered, all underground services and any apparent obstacles, or to make available a representative on the site for that purpose. In the absence of both, Cozy Canvas Camping will deliver and set up the equipment in what is deemed to be the most suitable place. 

To obtain permits from any authorities who are or may be concerned and to make application where necessary to the Planning Authority, Local Council, District Surveyor, Police, Fire department and any similar authority or organization. Any costs incurred in delays or modifications in the work arising from the absence or misrepresentation of all such necessary permissions 

Where appropriate to obtain a liscence from the Local Authority. Any requirements under the liscence must be notified to Cozy Canvas Camping llc in writing, at least 28 days prior to setup. Should the Cozy Canvas Camping llc  for any reason be unable to comply with these requirements, then the Client shall be notified and the Contract shall be deemed to have been cancelled by the Client.

If any part of the Equipment includes electrical apparatus the Cozy Canvas Camping will supply power leads to within 20 meters of theEquipment. Power supply will need to be organized by the Client.

Not to use any lighting, heating, cooking or other gas or electrical appliances of any kind without the prior written consent of  Cozy Canvas camping llc

Not to light, or allow to be lit, any fire, candle or other naked flame within or close to the Equipment without the prior written consent of Cozy Canvas Camping

Not to tamper with the structure or any part of the Equipment and in particular not to affix or suspend from the Equipment any item whatsoever without the Cozy Canvas Camping llc prior written consent.

Contact Cozy Canvas Camping llc immediately if you notice any unsecured parts of the structure.

Tent site requirements

If there are underground services, such as water lines / sewage / irrigation, they need to be clearly marked out with tape / spray paint by the client so these areas can be avoided.

Cozy Canvas Camping requires flat, level, penetrable ground to set up and take down of the structures

 

In the event of very severe and extreme weather conditions where it is deemed unsafe to set up the equipment Cozy Canvas Camping llc reserves the right to cancel. Cozy Canvas Camping llc will do everything possible to avoid cancelling by being flexible with set up times and dates and providing extra reinforcements for the equipment. In the event of cancellation by Cozy  Canvas Camping llc due to extreme weather conditions, the client shall receive a full refund.

The Client shall throughout the duration of hire be responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of the Equipment.

The Client must be satisfied with the Equipment before use and should notify the Company of any miscounts, incorrect deliveries or unacceptable Equipment before use.

The Client shall be responsible for  any loss of or damage to all hired equipment whatsoever the cause.

No smoking is allowed inside the Equipment. The Client is liable for any damage or extra cleaning required due to smoking inside the Equipment.

All trash, food, glassware, and other items or equipment belonging to third party suppliers must be removed from inside the Companies equipment before the agreed checkout date. If the Companies agents or contractors have to remove third party supplier equipment up on pack down an hourly cleaning / labour fee will be incurred.

The client is strongly advised to provide event / wedding insurance in their name for the hired equipment at least 28 days prior to the delivery date of the equipment.

 The client will be held responsible for the first $500 of any loss or damage resulting from their negligence or legal liability.

Liability Exclusions

Cozy Canvas Camping will make every effort to complete the set up of the Equipment on or before the Set Up date as agreed between Cozy Canvas Camping llc and the client provided that the Client has complied with the undertakings set out above. If the Equipment is not set up on or before the Set Up date shown as agreed by Cozy Canvas camping and the client, the client shall have the right to withdraw and the Company shall return all monies paid. If the Equipment is not erected because of delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control Cozy Canvas Camping LLC will be liable to refund all monies minus the Deposit and will not be liable to pay further compensation to the Client.

Cozy Canvas camping llc will take all reasonable care to avoid damage to the Clients’ own equipment but cannot be responsible for any loss suffered by the Client unless it is a result of the negligence of the Company’s agents or contractors.

Cozy Canvas Camping will not take any responsibility for the failure, breakdown, loss, theft or damage to ANY Third Party Equipment. This specifically includes generators, lights, toilets and PA systems. Whilst Third Party Equipment might be included on Cozy Canvas Camping llc booking Form, it is agreed between Cozy Canvas Camping and the Client that the CCozy Canvas Camping llc is exempt from any contractual obligation or indemnification resulting from breakdown, failure, theft or loss of equipment provided by a Third Party Suppler.  The client will comply with the Terms and Conditions of Hire specific to the Third Party Equipment supplied by the Third Party Supplier.

Third Party Liability 

Cozy Canvas Camping llc will not be held responsible for any claims of injury to persons or loss or damage to property however caused, unless it be proved that such injury or damage was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of Cozy Canvas Camping llc.

Bookings and Cancelations

For Wedding and Event bookings full payment is required from the Client 28 days prior to the event.

To secure Cozy Canvas Camping equipment for a wedding or event the client will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total hire cost.

Should the Client choose to cancel the booking, the Client is required to do so in writing as soon as possible.

If the Client cancels more than 6 months before the event then the Client will receive a full refund.

If the Client cancels within 3 months of the start of the event then the client will forfeit all monies paid to the Company.

It is recommended  that all clients take out separate travel and or wedding insurance

If guests are booking glamping accommodation (bell tents) individually we require a $100 holding deposit per tent, from the hosts. Once the guest have booked separately and paid, the holding deposit will be returned once the tent has been booked. Should the guests not book then the $100 deposit per tent is non-refundable. Cozy Canvas camping LLC requires a 14 day ccancellation for full refund. If client does not cancel within the 14 day window a 50% refund will be issued to client.

Covid-19 

In light of the current uncertainty that we are all facing we are working with our clients to be as flexible and

accommodating   as possible.

If you need to postpone your booking date due to COVID-19 restrictions i.e. limited numbers on gatherings, government lockdown or immediate family members not being able to attend due to restrictions we will offer you a credit – We will work with you to find another suitable date (this will be subject to availability).​

If you postpone your event you are still required to pay the outstanding balance by the original due date (28 days prior to your event)​.
